Our upholstery cleaning uses a wet-vac extraction process with bio-based products. Furniture such as sofas, mattresses, dining chairs and other upholstered items typically dry within 2–3 hours, depending on fabric type, ventilation and room temperature. Rugs and carpets typically dry within 1–2 hours.
Yes — we use bio-based, family-safe products with no harsh chemicals and no harmful residues. During the wet-vac extraction process itself, we recommend keeping babies and pets away from the treated area until it's fully dry — typically 2–3 hours for furniture, 1–2 hours for rugs and carpets. Once dry, everything is completely safe for babies, children and pets to use as normal.

No, window cleaning is not a service we offer. Our specialism is steam and wet-vac deep cleaning for mattresses, upholstery, carpets, and hard surfaces.
No. Oven doors are not removed due to the risk of glass breakage. Internal oven glass is cleaned only on models that allow safe access.
Steam cleaning is highly effective on many hard surfaces including tiles, grout, kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures. However, not all surfaces and fabrics are suitable for steam — delicate materials, certain upholstery fabrics and some floor finishes can be damaged by high heat or moisture. At Eco Clean Cyprus, we assess every surface before starting to ensure the right method is used. For fabrics and surfaces where steam isn't appropriate, we use our wet-vac extraction process with bio-based products instead.
Yes — preparation may be required depending on the service. Cupboards should be emptied before internal cleaning, bathrooms cleared of personal items where possible, and any breakable items removed from the areas being cleaned.
