These Terms govern your use of our website and professional cleaning services.

1.Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to EcoClean Cyprus. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EcoClean Cyprus website (the "Site") and the professional cleaning services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable European Union regulations.

3.Our Services

EcoClean Cyprus provides the following professional cleaning services:

3.1Steam Cleaning

Deep steam cleaning for kitchens, bathrooms, floors and tiles, and household appliances including ovens, extractor hoods, hobs, fridges/freezers, washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, and air conditioning units.

3.2Upholstery & Fabric Care

Professional cleaning of sofas, armchairs and dining chairs, mattresses, carpets and rugs, curtains and blinds, and outdoor cushions.

3.3Premium & Specialised Care

Specialist services including baby-safe cleaning, leather upholstery care, and move-in / move-out deep cleaning packages.

Service availability, scope, and pricing may vary. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or adjust any service at any time. Where a service cannot be provided as agreed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.

4.Online Quotes & Bookings

4.1Requesting a Quote

Quotes may be requested via the quote form on our Site. By submitting a quote request, you provide certain personal information (name, location, phone number, and email address). Submission of a quote request does not constitute a binding contract.

All quotes are indicative and subject to on-site assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed before any service commences. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

4.2Making a Booking

A booking is confirmed when we have accepted your request and you have received a written confirmation (by email or message). By making a booking, you agree to these Terms in full.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when booking — including access details, property description, and contact information — is accurate and complete. EcoClean Cyprus accepts no liability for delays or inability to perform services arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

4.3Amendments to Bookings

Amendments to confirmed bookings must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. We will endeavour to accommodate changes subject to availability. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administration fee for repeated amendments.

5.Cancellations & Refunds

5.1Client Cancellations

You may cancel a confirmed booking free of charge provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, or where our team attends and is unable to gain access, may incur a fee of up to 100% of the quoted service price.

5.2Cancellation by EcoClean Cyprus

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in cases of staff illness, equipment failure, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment or a full refund.

5.3Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify us within 24 hours of the service being completed. We will endeavour to resolve any issues promptly, including offering a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis where a re-clean is not possible or appropriate.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your confirmed booking or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a deposit or advance payment has been agreed.

We accept payment by bank transfer, card, or such other methods as notified on our Site.

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Late payment may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

For commercial clients, separate payment terms may apply as set out in a written service agreement.

7.Access & Client Obligations

To enable us to perform the Services, you agree to:

Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property and relevant areas at the agreed time.

Ensure that the property is in a condition that allows our team to work safely and effectively.

Remove or secure fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items prior to our arrival. We will take all reasonable care, but accept no liability for pre-existing damage or for damage to items not disclosed to us.

Disclose any hazards, pets, or specific requirements relevant to the service at the time of booking.

Comply with all applicable health and safety requirements.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the service being suspended or cancelled, and you may still be liable for the full service fee.

8.Liability & Disclaimers

8.1Our Liability

EcoClean Cyprus takes all reasonable care in the provision of its Services. Our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the value of the service provided in the booking to which the claim relates.

We are not liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, or economic loss; (b) loss arising from your failure to comply with your obligations under these Terms; (c) pre-existing damage or defects; or (d) events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

8.2Website Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on the Site. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on Site content.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free from errors or viruses.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding — is the property of EcoClean Cyprus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

11.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any dispute amicably. We are committed to addressing all concerns promptly and fairly.

12.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on our Site with the effective date clearly indicated. Your continued use of our Site or Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
